10:00 am – 4:00 pm - Setup (no early setup for stalls, except sponsors and registered volunteers can do early stall set up from 4 pm to 7 pm, (NO ALPACAS ALLOWED IN VENUE PRIOR TO THURSDAY VET CHECK)

Thursday April 11th, 2024 Check In Day

9:00 am – 10:00 am - Early Check-in for Volunteers ONLY

10:00 am – 4:00 pm - Check-in FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS (2 Vets Available) All exhibitors must

be checked in by 4 pm.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

4:00 pm - 5:00 pm - Final color/class verification (with Judges in Show Ring)

5:00 pm - Mandatory Exhibitor Meeting 

5:30 pm - 7:00 pm - Meet & Greet: Pizza Feed sponsored by Celebrity Sales

Friday April 12th, 2024

8:00 am - National Anthem

8:15 am -5 pm Halter and Walking Fleece classes

6:00 pm-8:00 pm CABA/AWE Social Dinner and Live Auction at Lewis Pavillion

Saturday April 13th, 2024 

8:00 am-5 pm Halter and Walking Fleece Classes

Saturday late afternoon: Walking Fleece Awards

Sunday April 14th, 2024 

8:00 am-4:00 pm (or until show close) Halter classes
