9:00 am – 10:00 am - Early Check-in for Volunteers ONLY

10:00 am – 4:00 pm - Check-in FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS (2 Vets Available)

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm - Final color/class verification (with Judges in Show Ring)

5:00 pm - Mandatory Exhibitor Meeting 

5:00 pm - 7:00 pm - Meet & Greet Taco Bar 

Friday April 12th, 2024 - Note Early Start Time

7::30 am - Line up first classes- Judge introduction

8:00 am - National Anthem

8:10 am – 6:00 pm - CABA Classic Walking Fleece Show 

8:10 am - 6:00 pm - CABA Classic Halter show begins in Ring 1 

8;10 am - 6:00 pm - Alpaca Western Extravaganza Halter show begins in Ring 2
